Elisabeth Ann Kelly

Elisabeth Anne Kelly, 54 passed away peacefully on June 4, 2013 at Palos Verdes Senior Living, Peoria, AZ.

Betsy was born and raised in New York.  She met and married her husband, Joseph Francis who predeceased her last April, while working for Prentice-Hall in New Jersey. After many years of living in New Jersey, Betsy and Joe retired to beautiful Arizona in 1994.  They spent countless hours golfing, swimming, watching New York sports on TV and enjoying friends and family who came to visit their beautiful homes.   Betsy worked for the City of Phoenix prior to her heart attack in 2004.  After nine years and a long illness, she was granted peace finally and entered the heavenly gates and into the loving arms of her husband, Joe.  Her family here will miss her sweetness and wonderful smiles, but are happy that her prayers to see Jesus Christ and Joe were answered.

A special thank you to the staff at Palos Verdes Senior Living and the Hospice of Arizona, Peoria for the loving care and attention she received.

2 Memories to “Elisabeth Ann Kelly”

  1. Eileen says:

There is so much more I can say about this wonderful lady. I know what strength she always had and she proved it right to the end. Her faith in Jesus Christ and my dad were unwavering. I will miss hearing her sweet voice and my girls miss their Oma! I know that she is with my dad where she always wanted to be. We have so many shared memories that it is hard to be the one left behind. Love you Bubby, I will never forget all our memories and will pass them along to keep your spirit strong. Spread your wings, your will be a perfect angel soaring through the heavens. Hug my Daddy for me!

  2. Laura Beers says:

I have known Betsy since the early 1970’s. My fondest memories include our times together; boating on the Hudson, playing for the P-H Women’s Softball team, a trip to Cape Cod, not to mention some of the best parties ever!
    You are missed, my friend.
