Bill was a member of Cornerstone Christian Church where he served in a variety of capacities. He married Donna, the love of his life, in 1996. Bill was a devoted man of God, loving husband and wonderful father and grandfather. He touched the lives of everyone he met through his love and kindness. Bill played cards with his church buddies every week.  He enjoyed writing and recording songs. Bill was passionate about animals; his dog, Rusty, and his bird, Baby, will miss him.

He is preceded in death by his beloved wife Donna Jean, his mother and father and sister Mary Joan (Rees) Rundel.  Bill is survived by his sister, Dorothy (Rees) Morrison, his brother, Hal Rees, and his children and grandchildren.
